(Matthew 9:1-8  --  Pastor Wentzel) For Reformation Sunday Pastor Wentzel preaches a sermon written by Martin Luther. Note: during the children's sermon he had asked the children to respond each time during his sermon that he said the words, "Take heart, son, your sins are forgiven." They were to say, "THAT'S the Gospel." Unfortunately, they didn't cooperate in the 8 a.m. service (the one recorded). Too sleepy. But the response was enthusiastic in the other services and drove home the wonder of the Gospel.
