St. Paul Early Childhood Center (SPECC) has been in operation since 1987 as a program for infants and toddlers at the Liberty Street campus. It expanded to include preschool in 1992. In 2005, another preschool was added to the Day School on Earhart Rd.
All programs are licensed by the State of Michigan.
